How do I know I’m being treated fairly when I purchase a vehicle through PGAautos?
All purchases made on any domestic vehicle will be made at 1% below manufacturer to dealer invoice price. You will also receive all rebates and incentives as they relate to your vehicle of choice. Your membership leaders and affiliate leaders are also provided access to each request to ensure the fairness and honor of the terms of agreement.

Can I still shop my local dealership?
Of course. At PGAautos, we encourage you to continue to do business with those you have strong relationships with. PGAautos was formed for those who have become disenfranchised with automotive shopping due to many “unfriendly” people they’ve run into at traditional car dealerships.

One note, however, the PGA will not be able to receive benefits for purchases made through organizations other than PGAautos.

Can I trade-in my current vehicle to Team Hillsdale?
Yes. We have a very unique appraising process where we appraise your vehicle right over the phone and place it into a forum of automotive “bidders”. You receive the highest bid available in the market.

How do I get my trade to Team Hillsdale?
We will simply pick-up your trade-in when we deliver the vehicle to your home.

What if I don’t like the vehicle when it shows up at my house?
You don’t have to take it. Simply tell our delivery specialists your concerns and we will bring the vehicle back to home base…no obligation on your part.

Can I test drive the vehicle before I buy it?
Yes. You must be very serious about the vehicle you select, however, since Team Hillsdale puts forth tremendous effort in securing a vehicle and bringing it to your doorstep.

How can one automotive group offer all makes and models?
Team Hillsdale has built an extensive group of affiliates which together bring these benefits to the members and affiliates of the PGA.

Do I secure my own financing/leasing?
Team Hillsdale offers access to over 40 different lending institutions offering extremely competitive rates…including those lending institutions operated by the automotive manufacturers.

What happens to the money earned by PGAautos?
Those monies are placed in a tournament fund to help fill the tournament purse needs of the PGA membership. At the discretion of the membership, these funds can also be put towards youth tournaments, college funds, retirement funds, and/or other pursuits the membership feels a need to support.

Do I have to pay for the vehicle to be delivered to my home?
Home delivery is absolutely Free of charge as long as you are within 300 miles of the Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana border. Beyond that, delivery is set at a very affordable rate per mile. Many clients actually fly into a neutral location and drive the vehicle home!
