Participating dealers will have access to a team of I-Net certified consultants who are ready to:


Answer general questions
Offer professional advice on a specific issue
Help resolve concerns with pending transactions
Participate in strategic planning
Give and receive feedback on departmental/personnel issues
Conduct one-on-one coaching and training sessions





I-Net will monitor, track and evaluate individual and departmental performance.
Certified consultants will gather and analyze actual data and provide participating dealers with the following:


Weekly and monthly recap of e-traffic
Actual contact and closing ratios for individuals and the department
Specific recommendations for overall improvements
Possible solutions for common weaknesses or isolated breakdowns
Relevant information for better decision making or business planning
Potential growth opportunities





I-Net senior consultants will periodically visit participating dealerships to conduct systematic training and skill practice for salespeople and managers. I-Net consultants will:

Conduct team and individual training sessions
Participate in handling actual purchase requests
Demonstrate proper implementation of the sales process
Work with new team members to maximize their participation
Participate in strategic departmental business planning
Plan for on-target future training
