I-Net will monitor, track and evaluate individual and departmental performance.

Actual contact and closing ratios for individuals and the department

Specific recommendations for overall improvements

Possible solutions for common weaknesses or isolated breakdowns

I-Net senior consultants will periodically visit participating dealerships to conduct systematic
training and skill practice for salespeople and managers. I-Net consultants will:

Conduct team and individual training sessions |
 |
Participate in handling actual purchase requests |
 |
Demonstrate proper implementation of the sales process |
 |
Work with new team members to maximize their participation |
 |
Participate in strategic departmental business planning |
 |
Plan for on-target future training |
