BENEFITS
Question: Do I have the right to challenge my negative items on my credit report without using your services?
Answer: Absolutely. You can write your own letters of challenge to the credit bureaus. But consider this analogy: you can change the oil in your car but it is likely you don't; it is not worth your time and you are not an expert and it is easier to go down the street and have a quick lube station perform the service. Similarly, our professional credit team is your "oil changer" for challenging the credit bureaus - were an expert in the area! Our team will draft and deliver the most effective challenges to the credit bureaus, much better than you can do yourself. Also, we will consistently challenge the credit bureaus and you don't waste your time. Improving your credit is really an investment in yourself. Wouldn't you rather hire an expert to manage your investment than to muddle through the process and perhaps make some mistakes that cause your negative credit to follow you for seven years?

Question: Can your program remove any negative item?
Answer: Our proven system has removed, many times, virtually every negative item that potentially could be listed in a credit report. Certain items tend to be more difficult than others; these include recent bankruptcies (within the last year) and unpaid delinquent accounts. These items can also be deleted, but it usually takes longer. return to top

Question: On my credit report there is a sentence in bold writing, which states that the credit bureau ''does not alter or delete historical data.'' How can your program claim to do so?
Answer: The credit bureaus have been very successful in convincing people that accurate information cannot come off of credit reports prior to the seven year expiration period (10 years for Chapter 7 bankruptcy) and that the consumer can do little, if anything, to challenge verified negative information in his/her credit report. In fact, it is not unusual to see television programs or read newspaper articles that confirm this declaration made by the bureaus. However, in recent years, the credit bureaus have been challenged for making these statements, and now the bureaus are required to declare in writing to the consumer that the consumer can challenge negative information on the credit report. The truth is that the bureaus are required by law to remove any information that is inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable. According to federal law, if certain information is historically accurate but unverifiable, it must be deleted even if the deletion is prior to the seven-year period the bureaus declare in their letters. return to top

Question: Should I apply for credit while your credit cleaning team is working on my case?
Answer: We recommend if possible, you try not to apply for credit while our team is performing the credit audit verification service. Applications for credit generally require that the lender submit an inquiry to the credit bureau, which, in turn, may negatively affect your credit scores. return to top

Question: How long do I need to be involved in the audit verification process?
Answer: In Utah, the audit and verification program is 12 months. Outside of Utah, there is no set time period. Most state laws require a credit services organization (or credit repair company) to complete services before being paid. Therefore, for customers outside the state of Utah, our professional credit team completes its services of challenges to the credit bureaus each month and then bills its customers. However, it is suggested that the most effective duration to be signed up is 12 months. return to top
