| Can I host the video on my own server? To ensure that your Video Spokespeople play smoothly and seamlessly, we utilize the most advanced streaming technology, which greatly facilitates delivery. This is why your videos must reside on our server. |
| What payment types do you accept for website videos? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Discover. We will also accept checks, but will be a 7 day hold to ensure proper processing. |
| When am I billed? Media Edge Studio requires payment prior to a Video Spokesperson production being started. It’s the only way we can cover all the leg work involved and the expenses to hire actors, production crew, studio time, etc. |
| Can I choose the actors? Absolutely. It’s imperative that your Video Spokesperson perfectly represents the “character” of your business, so it’s important that you choose your own actors. Click on our Actors Page to view available actors, then click on the actors to watch them in action. To select more actors, select the drop down box. |
| What if I don't see an actor I like? No Problem! Simply tell your dedicated Project Manager exactly what you want. We’ll put out a casting call for actors that fit your specifications. IMPORTANT NOTE: turnaround times will be longer when special actor searches are performed. |
| Can I have Two Actors in my videos? Yes, you can have two actors in your videos. Many clients like this format and we know exactly how to get the best results for you. This does increase the cost of the video; however, multi-actor videos receive the same discount you get for multi-video purchases! Ask your Media Edge Studio rep about our special pricing. |
| How long does it take to shoot the video? After you’ve selected your actor(s) and approved your script, turnaround time is between 7-14 days. |
| Where can I have my videos play on my website? You can have your videos play on any page, and on as many pages as you like, and on as many websites as you want. Ask us about our multi-video discounts and other advantages of having more than one video spokesperson on your website. |
| How do insert the videos on my webpages? Inserting Videos is easy. There is a very small piece of java script code that needs to be inserted into the header code of the HTML web page you want the Video Spokesperson to play on. If you have a website designer they will know what to do to insert the code, or we can provide one of our certified programmers to add the coding to your site for you for a small fee. |
| Can I position the videos anywhere I want? Yes, our technical staff will position your videos anywhere you like on the page. If you want to change position later, we will do this for you free of charge. |
| Are there any detailed Statistics or Reports? Yes, you will have access to all reports for your videos. These are highly detailed reports that provide essential statistics. |
| Can I be in my own Video? Yes, you can be in your own video! Different pricing, based on your geographical location, will apply. We have affiliate studios throughout the world that allow us to offer this option. Ask your sales rep about pricing and your project manager about logistics. |
